Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: undamaged, unused, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can simply return your package to the address below. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, as a small craft business, I cannot cover return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to receive the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: undamaged, unused, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
