Shipping Conditions
Processing Time
Your order will usually be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM on weekdays are often shipped the same day. For custom-made items, processing times may vary – you will find the relevant information in the product description.
Shipping Provider
Shipping is usually via Deutsche Post & DHL, both with tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €25. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout depending on the order total and delivery address.
Delivery Times
Germany: 2-4 business days
EU: 2-8 business days
International: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and may take longer.
Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Package Damage and Loss
If your package arrives damaged, please report it immediately to kontakt@holzatelier-theobald.de so we can quickly find a solution.
If a package takes an unusually long time to arrive or doesn't arrive, please also contact me directly. Only then can I arrange a replacement delivery and check the whereabouts of the original shipment.
If both packages arrive, we will work together to determine whether a return is necessary – in some cases, this can be omitted.
